I Eat Healthy and Exercise several times each week.
I Exercise but don't think much about the health implications of my diet. It balances out.
At a foodcourt, I'm almost always indifferent choosing between McDonald's and Subway. I guess I'd exercise if it only took a few minutes out of my day
I'd like to eat healthier and become more fit. I do, sometimes. Other times i don't. Sometimes its hard to keep it up.
I don't get overly concerned with what affects my personal health/fitness.
