Faced with the choice of a brutal hill workout (6 mi hill climb w/6 mi tempo pace descent) or a crazy 10x800m speed workout (1st 800 meter repeat at 10K pace, increase speed by 2 seconds for each subsequent 800 repeat)- Which do you choose?
