Is India Time 10pm OK for our SirCRR-Mech-1993-97 conference calls (including Jan 1st new year call and ad-hoc calls)?

Yes - this will be useful for all (people can join from India, US, UK, Australia etc)
Yes - this will be ok if all from US can conference and update all classmates later
No - please change the time so that more people from India will join
