How do you feel about a pet store in Eugene selling unaltered puppies? More info: the puppies are from local "opps" litters, are either mixed or "pure-bred" and not from puppy mills. They have age current shots. They charge between $200-$400 per puppy.

I think it's fine, it's the owner's responsibility.
It's wrong, they're exacerbating our huge pet overpop. problem. S/N
They should make buyers leave spay/neuter deposits and sign contracts.
I don't think pet stores should sell puppies at all.
I like to buy my pets unaltered.
