Stay in a hotel near Monostiraki pay a lot for a run down room.
Stay in a hotel a metro distance away from Monostiraki and pay a decent amount for a really nice room.
Go to Santorini for two days and then stay in Athens for the remaining four.
Be fearful of the area I might be staying at because I'll be traveling alone and pay a lot for a run-down room.
