Should Anna let The Man micromanage her hair?-I am applying fo a job where I will need to have 'natural' haircolor. I currently have magenta and blue streaks. I'd like to know: is it worth it, if the job has good hours and pay?

Yes-Money is money and you can always re-dye it back!
No-You should apply for a job that will hire you for you, and not your looks.
