Very little: I set aside specific, seperate times to complete my work and to
explore facebook. The two rarely overlap.
Slightly: I usually have my facebook window up, but only check it if I get new notifications or updates.
A lot: I find it hard to get work done because I am chatting with friends
and looking at other people's pictures. Before I know it, an hour has gone
by!
Facebook IS my work: I use Facebook to connect with related businesses and experiment with new marketing techniques. I find it helpful for growing my business.
