What restrictions should there be on use of game birds for dog training (mark all that you support)

Pen-raised birds only
Restrict to areas and times where wild birds don't nest
Limit number of birds trainers use per day
Limit to "non-native" birds, i.e. coturnix quail
Only on designated training grounds
Leave dog trainers alone! Little if any restrictions are best.
