2-Civil Bureaucracy (it is corrupt)
3-Militry Bureaucracy (Ruled Pakistan most of the Period)
4-Judicriry System (it is corrupt and justice for common Pakistani is almost impossible through this system etc)

6-All of Above (these state apparatus were built by British to rule Slaves of subcontinent)
