Confronted with the Battery power running out after 8 hours of pumping coolant around a nuclear reactor ; and having new diesell generators made available within 4 hours (BUT: with the wrong plug/sockets fitted)

Would you wait for the Sea Water Tsunami Flooded standby Generators to dry out and hope that they work sometime soon?
Would you observe the strict Electrical code and allow the Batteries to do their job for the next 4 hours and cross fingers?
Would you apply for the Engineering Approval design to enable the connection of the Generator flown in with the wrong plug/socket combination to be designed and passed through standard channels?
Would you "Jury Rig" the generators to continue powering the Coolant Pumps?
