1) They may ask the Indian Cricket team to loose the match against Pak as this will make the terrorist not attack as Pak cricketers will win and go to Finals
2) If Pak wins against India, UPA can make use of this to appease the Minority Community
3) By chance if there is an attack then they can play the so called "Hindu Terror" card also
4) By chance if nothing happens and India wins, Chidambaram will make a statement that his govt. did a great job and did not allow the terrorist to succeed
