Should car insurance be so expensive for young drivers and why

Yes-They are dangerous and inexperienced

Yes-I don't like young people

Yes-Statisticks say everything

No-I don't think all new drivers should be knocked for a few bad drivers

No-Insurance should be down to the value, speed and age of the car and nothing to do with the owner or driver

No-I think it should be more personal and everyone should have insurance acording to the driving instuctors/examiners views and opinions
