Wrong decisions taken while selecting the team
Bad decision making in deciding the batting order
Some team members deliberately did not play well due to internal team politics
Some players were involved in betting (Match fixing/Satta)
Politics involved on state level to appease/please India
It was just a game and like any other cricket game there is a winner and loser and this time unfortunately Pakistan happened to the loser
