There is not enough to do if you have children.
Nothing ever changes, once you have seen it there is nothing to come back for.
Food and drink is too expensive while you are there.
Accommodation and flights cost too much.
The current exchange rate makes Gran Canaria an expensive holiday.
The major resorts like Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas look tired and unattractive.
Gran Canaria is as popular as it was before but more people are choosing all inclusive holidays.
