The country in which you are born (ie. Russian if child is born in Russia regardless of parent's ethnicity)
What your parents are, what their parents are and so forth as a percentage (ie. French dad + Italian mom = half French half Italian)
The ethnicity of the minority race of the two parents (ie. Canadian + Puerto Rican = Hispanic)
