YES! Having climate change regulation decided by federal judges would be way too messy and inconsistent.
NO! This ruling prevents progressive states like NY and CA from pursuing more aggressive strategies to fight global warming.
I don't care as long as someone does something about climate change! Stop the fighting and let"s get moving!
