Should Lodi Lake Park access be reduced each July 4 to allow for safe fireworks display, or should fireworks be held elsewhere to allow for full park access?

Keep fireworks at the lake despite reduced access
Move to another site. such as Grape Bowl area, DeBenedetti Park, etc.
