I expect all energy suppliers to agree to a consistent format for publishing price plans.

I expect my energy supplier to review my tariff annually to check I am on the best plan for my energy usage and let me know the result.

I expect my energy supplier to make switching to another supplier hassle free and not to pursue me to win back my business after I have terminated my contract.
