Do you think someone should be able to stay in an organization if they do all of these things. Verbally abuse people, threaten people, yell at them all the time. To top it off Sexually Harass someone.

Yes Its ok for them to do all of this. Ater all its just an organization after school.
No It doesnt matter if its an organization or not this should not be allowed to take place and the person should be kicked out for Good. After all what good are rules if we dont make them follow them.
