Usability - Ease of navigation between pages/Ease of finding the product and checking out

Engagement - how the site interacts with you/helps you customize your product

Fulfilment/Customer Service - Trust/confidence of getting the product delivered and in proper shape/how the customers are treated

Design/Branding - The shopping experience/Aesthetics/Name and Logo/Site design

Online presence - How active they are in social media/whether the site shows up in google results
