We are finding it difficult to deal with AUS Post, the prices keep rising and they do not offer the full range of services (eg: fragile post) that we need. However, compared to courier services they are the cheaper option. What would you prefer?

Regular Post.No tracking or insurance. No refunds outside Australia
Registered Post. (our current policy) Refunds on item only.
Express Post with insurance. Refunds on items and postage.
Express Post only. Refund on item only but faster postage.
Private Courier (most expensive option)
