Any one Received the Benefit of Interest Subsidy Scheme for Education Loans from state/ central government?

Interest Subsidy Received from state Govt
Interest Subsidy Received from central Govt
Interest Subsidy Received from both state and central Govt
Some times they give Subsidy and some time not
I am not knowing any such scheme for education loans
Subsidy is only on papers not yet implemented by any Govt
I never made educational loan
