What option should I choose to update my assumed knowledge for Uni? Should I:

Go back to TAFE next year and complete assumed knowledge equivalent subjects?
Apply for my chosen preference/s and attend Uni but also study preparatory bridging subjects at Uni?
Go to Uni without assumed knowledge and struggle on and hope for the best?
