Qualitative measurement required, as we just want to know whether the plant is orchid or not
Quantitative measurement required, as many interspecies/ subspecies of orchids present in the jungle
Qualitative measurement needed, as we have no way to identify how "orchid" is an orchid.
Quantitative measurement needed, not all the conserved regions might presence in an orchid species.
