Competing- Power Oriented. Own Concern over others concern
Collaborating- Work with others to find a solution
Compromising- Middle ground, partially appeases all involved
Avoiding- Does not address concerns, conflict, sidesteps or withdraws
Accommodating- Others concerns over own even to your own detriment
