Very Much. I couldn't get my work done and had no alternatives.
Somewhat. I couldn't do what I needed but I dealt with it.
Barely. I noticed but it didn't really affect me any.
Not at all. I didn't need to do anything online anyway.
What IT outage? I didn't notice.
