Mental Illness SHOULD be considered, and if we had a better mental health program, our country would be a safer place.

Mental Illness may or may not be a possible cause, but we should NOT allow the lines between those with mental illness vs. those that are simply vicious to be blurred.

Mental Illness should NOT be a consideration, and those who commit violent crimes should all receive the same punishment.
