If you have ever made an Insurance Claim against Home Contents, how have you felt when/if your insurer passed you on to a third party to settle the claim?

Satisfied as they dealt with the claim fast and the customer service was good
Satisfied as I was not passed to a third party and received vouchers to compensate my loss
Unahappy as my insurer should have dealt with this direct
Unhappy as the 3rd party provided poor customer service
I don't care who deals with it or how long it takes
I don't care who deals with it as long as it is dealt with quickly
