Advice needed to all my friends

1. shared an apartment with a Good Friend: bigger ventilated space, 150 US cheaper, a bit closer, laundry per load 3.5 US, & bigger space but just sharing everything a good friend
2. A single studio, small area, a A+ view with a swimming pool, faster internet, a bigger TV (I dn't watch TV @ all), not well ventilated, fan has to be on 24 hrs, of course bill is higher!! plus 150 dollars extra with possibility raise in rent since landlord raise rent within half year they open, but a closed friends are living close by, with 24 hours security
