What products would you prefer from a professional photographer?

A regular fee based service, providing a DVD or Digital images. Clients would then have the opportunity to print their images wherever they choose.
A slightly higher fee that would include print packages so you have a one stop shop for your photography needs and the images don't stay on a disc!
