Senior Management Buy-In - justifying the need
Integration with current systems - how will it fit with what we have?
Lack of knowledge - what is possible? why do I need it?
Cultural change - obtaining staff engagement
Business as usual - we need to continue working, how can we do that?
Inadequate resources - we will need all new IT won't we?
Credibility - who do you trust to do it?
Longevity - is it future proof?
Contract lock-in - once 'they' have our files and processes, how do we go elsewhere?
