Out of curiosity (asking for a friend :P): Do you think spelling and grammar are important when texting, tweeting, instant messaging or on facebook?

Yes: I think correct spelling and grammar show intelligence
Yes: but I think typos and minor mistakes are fine
Yes: it would alter my opinion of someone if they had bad grammar/spelling
No: it doesn't matter to me if someone makes lots of mistakes
No: I use "text speak" abbreviations
No: I never think about what I am typing
No: but I really think about spelling and grammar when submitting assignments or sending important emails
