What is your favorite job search tip for mature workers?

Ignore what others think. Don't be intimidated by comments about changing jobs "at your age." Instead, do what's right for you.

Looking for a job is a full-time job. Even if you’re not currently employed, you still need to fit your job search around your family and other responsibilities.

Identify roles that suit you. Not only will you be happier in such a position and able to excel in it, but employers are more likely to give an older candidate a chance if they can prove they are as capable of doing that job.
