What is your view on "Mankading" - the bowler running out the non-striker before bowling?

Teams should use it however & whenever they want
It should be used as a last resort after a warning
It's an underhand way of getting batsmen out but sometimes necessary
I would be ashamed if my team/nation used it in a game
