To buy or not to buy, that is the question. So.... feedback/suggestions welcome! We want a FOREVER home, something that we will not sell. Our lease is up May 1 - our landlady has advised us that she is planning on selling.

1. Buy land, build home that will be a little smaller and not have all the updates that we desire
2. Buy house that we can afford, may not have updates that we desire nor be the size we want or location we want OR all three
3. Wait it out and see if lease will actually terminate, save money, pay off bills and then buy a house that has what we want or build a house that has what we want
4. Hope that the house we did find that was PERFECT does not sell and owners will let us rent for a year and then purchase or reduce price that we can purchase it in May (this house is literally all we could ever ask for and more)
