If you thought of applying for job in Russia, what is more important for you?

I want to know and see my employer before I sign the contract and leave to Russia.
I want to enjoy credit terms and pay part of my expenses after I start my employment.
I don’t care about placement expenses, credit terms and so on… I just want to make more money! :)
