Accessibility of care for patients (how easy to get appts, see specialists etc)
How staff treat patients (sympathy, understanding) and staff being more helpful
Availability of medicine/equipment
More use of technology (emailing doctors, downloading prescriptions, skype appts)
Getting to/from hospital and other appts
Explain things better so patients, family really understand
Physical environment (waiting rooms, wards)
How staff listen to patients
Better/easier to find information for patients
Nothing – I think the NHS is great the way it is
