Paying brokerage
Rent is too much
Not many good houses available
Not meeting owner's demands (like deposit money, lease, salary, marital status, religion etc)
Not easy to search for rooms, roommates, paying guests etc.
Not easy to connect to owners, potential roommates and other renters.
