How well do you prepare for an interview?

I research the company thoroughly and prepare questions to ask at the end
I briefly look at the company website so I have a rough idea what they do
I get very nervous at interviews so try not to think about it until I'm there
I don't do any research, it's more about what I can do than what they do
I struggle to even arrive on time for interviews
