Clarifying notes to Question 1.1:
The current By-laws is silent about availability of BOD meetings minutes to the members. Some members believe that availability of minutes lead to transparency of the BOD, which in turn, would help building trust within the community. Other members believe that availability of minutes would limit decision making power of the BOD.
