There is not a problem. Leave status quo
There might be a issue but Armstrong County tax payers can't afford to fix it.
Lets start addressing the issue, by using new tax base to increase revenue while reducing Tax Rate.
Address the issue with Tax revenue increase while leaving household tax burden the same.
Do what it takes to have a #1 911 Dispatch Center, even it increases taxes.
It is not a salary issue the dispatchers earn more than enough.
Contract the Dispatch out of County .
