How comfortable do you feel using tech to personalize learning for your students?

I’m tech savvy and use ed tech as often as possible.

I’m still learning, and use it with increasing frequency.

I’d like to use it more, but don’t have the resources.

I really don’t know much about what’s out there, and don’t know the best sources for learning about it.
