Commissioner Veto Only
7 - Majority of Remaining Members Rule
9 - Super Majority - Only unfair trades should be vetoed
10 - If almost everyone thinks it's unfair, it must be unfair
12 - All other members Should Veto Trades.
Trades??? Trades don't help me. F THAT! NO TRADING!!
