Why haven't you seen a local original band this year?

I find it hard to sit through a show where i dont know any of the songs
The sound is too loud
The sound is unclear
I didn't even think about going to a show
$10 entry plus drinks makes it an expensive night out
Parking problems
I dont know anyone else going
The venue's arent appealing
I dont feel safe
It's too much effort to head out these days
The only time ive seen original bands they've sucked
I dont know any good bands from Perth
I dont like rock music, i prefer digitally produced
venue's with DJ's just have a better vibe and i can sing along and dance to what i know
Its out of my comfort zone
Local bands fail to capture the audience through lack of movement/bad communication
I prefer quiet more intimate nights out these days where we can comfortably talk
The light shows generally suck
Poor musicianship
I supported my friends band and they were great but the other bands were terrible!
There doesnt seem to be enough variety
There are too many hardcore/brutal metal bands, where can i find the next silverchair?
