Both. The bottom half is filled with liquid, the top half is empty.
No. It is full. The bottom half is filled with liquid, the top half is filled with air.
Depends. 1/2 full if it was filled to half, 1/2 empty if it was emptied to half.
Neither. There are simply 4 ounces of liquid in the 8 ounce glass.
Perhaps. What if we see the glass only because we are told it is there?
Yes. The glass mocks us in believing ourselves half full when we are half empty.
