Kathy - Needs floorboards and tiles re-setting, after having a leak repaired 2 years ago!
Jacky - Needs a small fence erecting to make her garden safer for her grandson and puppy.
Belinda - Needs some decorating and touch ups, thanks to the kids:-)
Donna - Needs a new back door installing for security.
Glenda - Needs skirting boards, new internal doors and a bath re-seal.
