a) 13.1 miles, 14 miles, 15 miles, ehhhh it's all the same, who cares.
b) 15 mi is NOT a half marathon & the reference that people don't care is obtuse
c) It would be ok to call it a Heavy Half or Half + 2, but NOT a half marathon
d) both b and c
