I'm happy with the results I'm getting
Change means uncertainty and I don't like that
I've put in a lot of time to get where I am and I don't want to feel that it's wasted
I'm too old
The cost of change is more than the reward
I'm afraid that the people around me won't accept me anymore
I AM ready for change
