What stops you from setting good boundaries?

I don't want to argue.
I feel guilty saying "no".
I don't want to hurt someone's feelings.
I'm not sure whether my boundary is a good one.
I don't know what to say.
I want people to like me.
Nothing stops me. I'm pretty good at setting boundaries.
