B) Buy Laundromat in Wickenburg, AZ ; super clean location with newer machines, currently runs via absentee owner and employs PT attendant to maintain day-to-day operations; source of income in lieu of disability pension
C) Buy drive-thru in Prescott , AZ; successful (8 years) owners of drive through diner are retiring and selling. I can build on their success and also add my own menu items. Open only breakfast/lunch and open 5 days per week. source of income in lieu of disability pension.
E) Do nothing and end up homeless-lol
F) FINISH my Master's degree and attempt to work despite my medical issues
C or F, but you must decide ultimately. You have an exciting opportunity to do what you want! I could see you in the restaurant biz but owning a business is stressful, difficult, long hours. Perhaps, you should get your degree and do what you love. Really, that is what I would pick for you: do what makes your heart sing. If that is laying on a beach...do it!
